₹200 cancellation fee deducted; remaining balance refunded.
Cancellation at the door / no KYC
50% cancellation fee applied; remaining amount refunded.

Outside serviceable area
Full refund initiated immediately.
Console / equipment unavailable
Full refund initiated immediately.
Suspected fraud or T&C violation
Full refund initiated immediately.

Early Returns & Unused Time
Early return (e.g. 6 hrs of a 24 hr booking)
No partial refunds for unused time.
Severe technical issue (unfixable)
Pro-rated refund issued for the time lost.
