By booking our gaming rental services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking & KYC

Identity Verification

Valid ID Required

Customers must provide an original, valid Government-issued ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Passport) at the time of delivery. The name on the booking must match the ID.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to rent our equipment. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian book on their behalf and accept full responsibility.

Address Verification

Equipment will only be delivered to the verified address provided during booking (Hostel, Apartment, or Home).

Payment

Rental Fees

Rental Fees

The total rental amount (e.g., 12-hour or 24-hour package fee) must be paid in full before or at the time of delivery to confirm your booking.

Equipment Usage

Care & Handling

Safe Placement

The console and monitor must be placed on a flat, stable, and clean surface (e.g., a table or desk). Do not place the console on beds, blankets, or soft surfaces that can block the cooling vents.

Liquid & Food

Keep all food and liquids away from the console, monitor, and controllers.

Proper Shutdown

You must completely shut down the console using the controller menu (Power → Turn Off Console) before unplugging it. Never turn off the main switch while the console light is on or blinking.

No Tampering

Customers are not allowed to open, modify, or tamper with the hardware, warranty seals, or pre-installed software/accounts.

Damages & Penalties

Loss & Liability

Physical Damage

Any physical damage to the console, monitor, controllers, or cables (e.g., drops, liquid spills, broken analog sticks) will result in a strict penalty. The customer is fully liable to pay the actual repair or replacement cost immediately.

Improper Shutdown Penalty

Pulling the plug directly while the console is running damages the hard drive and software. A penalty will be charged if the console is found to have been improperly shut down.

Lost Items

If any equipment (including cables and bags) is lost or stolen while in your possession, you are strictly liable to pay the full market replacement value of the items.

Delivery & Returns

Extensions & Late Fees

Punctuality

Our team will deliver and pick up the setup at the pre-agreed timings. Please ensure you are available at the location.

Late Returns

If you fail to return the equipment at the end of your rental period, a late fee will be charged (calculated on an hourly basis).

Extensions

If you wish to extend your gaming time, you must inform our team at least 2 hours before your current rental period ends. Extensions are subject to availability.

Game Accounts

Privacy & Access

Account Usage

Lobby Gaming provides access to our pre-loaded game libraries (PS Plus / Game Pass). Customers must not change passwords, delete main profiles, or make unauthorized purchases using our accounts.

Right to Refuse

Lobby Gaming reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at any time if these terms are violated or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
